Nice job!
Make sure they trim your door panels in the identical colour.

The Car is an NB8A in Brilliant Black ...... definitely not Green.

The fitting is now complete, I have made a modification to the fitting so that seat rail travel is not limited.
These new NC Seats are a vast improvement on the NB8A seats - anyone need some NB8A cloth seats? going cheap $100 the pair with no rails.

Now I need to get to work on the "how to" guide - well worth the effort.

Hey, you read (red) my mind ..... coming soon.

Most of the photos were taken in a workshop with highbay sodium lamps, they make the colours look confusing but i'll get some outdoor shots tomorrow including rear view.
Also picking up a brand new painted rear bumper and SE Rear Spoiler tomorrow, don't know when i'll get time to fit them ... the restoration project is just about complete.

I'm not a fan of the grill but I love the rest of the car, congrats
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Thanks Okibi, and I must admit the Grille may need a rethink.

 Wow!! Looks great MX5CHIC! Congrats on getting that done. Another vote for the car looking good overall... Black really does look brilliant 8) Is that a Lotus badge I can see on the front? :?

If you haven't already, PM Benny re some red leather for the gear lever surround and also hand brake lever.

You can get "JDM" eunos badges from japan that have the lotus design but instead of saying lotus, it says eunos.

Is this correct MX5CHIC? Correct me if i am wrong.

The badge on the car is a black and chrome JDM badge with Eunos in chrome lettering, I have another smaller badge in yellow and green also with the eunos lettering - I replaced the smaller one because a lot of people were saying to me "that's not a Lotus" then i'd have to show them that the badge actually was "eunos".
I have thought about designing a similar round badge with MX5 on it as I have never liked the original mazda front emblems, a classic looking round badge is not very expensive to have custom manufactured. If enough people were interested I could get some prices for a group buy, from previous enquiries a badge would be less than $100 - everyone could get involved in the design.

And a note on the seats - the new NC seats are now 1.5cm lower than the NB8A seats even though the modification added 5mm. The restriction in rear recline on the NC seats caused by the seat belt plenum has only reduced the actual seating position (mid back to steering wheel) by 0.5cm.
