Hmmmm .... I thought it was obvious but I get asked it alot already. Surely it's not that obscure?

Hammer wrote:Where did you get your soft top from? I agree with you on the soft top zippers and vinyl window. Glass is soooo much better. Does yours come with the demister?

It's a Robbins and came from Gomiata in the US. They were having a sale and the exchange rate at the time was about 0.95 so I got a great deal. No I didn't get the one with the demister because my car doesn't have the wiring for it and being in QLD it's not really that big of an issue for me.

I'm sticking to it but it's like everything ... it goes in fits and starts depending on what else is going on in my life. Next project will be deciding on the interior and starting to collect bits for that so that we can strip the car completely bare for the respray and then have all the new bits handy to whack straight in. Deciding what I want it the hard bit ... reasonably stocko with a few touches to make it less boring, more comfortable and a bit more me. I may yet hit you up for some contacts to do me some personalised leather stuff in the interior.

As it so happens. the upholsterer, along with myself is being made redundant soon and is setting up business under his house. So prices should be quite reasonable. Also don't forget the spraypainter I use is at Brighton. He does a really good job for a really good price.Give me a yell when you are ready to go.

PM ASE05, I'm sure he can return the favour from Natmeet 2006 (from ASE05) 8) but it hasn't held up well :( the paint is way to faaaarked to hold that shine for more than a month or so)
