I recall someone stating, "it's a piece of piss to make one. You just take a block of this, drill that into it, and you have thus"

Or, you could go to an aquarium supplies and buy an Air-line Manifold . . . .

about $15 and does the same job .. with the advantage that you can switch off any ports at any time .... nice screw valves ....

But if you want something shiny .. go ahead :D

If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits eighty-eight miles per hour ... you're gonna see some serious s**t.

You're talking to the guy who built the first blow-though turbo installations for a 998cc Mini !

Agricultural engineering ..... or, if you prefer ... Bush Mechanic !

Nahh, I'm a mech eng by trade (Airflow and Hydrostatics was my thing ....)

but yea, keep your eyes open and you see hot-up parts on every shelf

If you want shiny, about 25 years ago I had an Aquarium shop and there was a chrome plated brass one available then, so they may still be available now.

I just got a air compressor manifold and threaded the appropriate tails into it. It just sits in the line to the booster and for bling factor is anodised blue :?

HDi make exactly what you are after - a nice alum one with up to 6 fittings AND writing :P - can get on ebay for around $35 delivered from distrutor last time I checked. Haven't seen one in person but was considering one for my last turbo car.

This is my solution, a cheap air manifold with suitable barbs threded into it. I just have it cut into the booster line like so.
