I'm intending on putting in my sway bars either today or tomorrow, however the bushes that came with the sway bar didn't come with any grease.
What type should I be using, and where can I get some from?

Grease for sway bar bushes
anything with "anti-squeal", and/or "anti-seize" properties will do. Brake pad gel, etc. Loctite has this highly viscous, silvery stuff
Supercheap, Autobarn, et al will have something in one form or another, otherwise try a bearing shop, CBC Bearings, Allied Bearings.
In my opinion you dont need it.
My previous anti sway bar poly bush was not greased up and did not make any noise.

The suggestion from Mania was to use something called White Lithium Grease. Turns out the old man has a fair bit of just plain lithium grease lying around, so I've used that (at least for the front anyway... see the WTB forum for my thread about end links for the basic story of the rear sway).
