A turbo is more fuel efficient providing the car is not being drivin. However, if you do decide to go for a drive then, yes I would expect the car to consume more fuel and when you get f/i it will consume even more fuel. I'm pretty sure about this in my sence it makes sence in more sence than I can express in a sence if you understand what I mean????

Sparky is often used as a slang term for a radio operator, mechanic, or electrician however it may also reflect a particularly clever person, or a sparkling personality.
I think when put into context we are implying that you are a particularly clever individual, with a sparkling personality.
