All looking good, but does it make them go faster??

Well, smoother surface = less drag = more aero dynamic = Win!

The smoother finish results in a more aerodynamic car, so yes it is faster

F1 cars are alway spotless when they go out for this reason, so it must be good!

I also believe around 0.34 grams of weight were removed with the clay bar, the prince of lightness would approve!

After you cleaned the paint what did you put on it to protect it?

After i washed it, i used Meguiars quick detailer, then proceeded to clay bar. After that i applied the carnauba wax. As my car already had alot of treatment not so long ago i found this process worked a charm.

^What he said! Only next time I think it could be good to try a polish or paint sealant of kind before the wax.

Well.... back in world war 2, the only way that the spitfires could catch the German V1 rockets to shoot them down was the have an incredibly smooth surface area to enable them to reduce drag, which led to many pilots using LOTS of wax and polish on their planes.
So I guess the answer is yes....
And I love clay bars too..... only coz the paint looks and feels so nice......!
