Well it's not uncommon, put it that way. Not ideal either. A squirt of WD-40 into the end of the leads will help clear that up. Caused by moisture getting into the spark plug well as I understand it.
Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever.

I use dielectric grease you dont need much, keeps moisture away keeps terminals clean works on the battery too.
every ounce counts
