Small Mazda Decal / Mx5cartalk sticker

Postby feel_ixx » Fri Feb 06, 2009 2:11 pm

I'm looking to shove some small Mazda stickers on my new set of rims, as the original brand had been covered when I sprayed them black. I dont think I can use real badges as the wheel caps arent flat.

Also I was looking for where to get mx5cartalk.com stickers, ones that are usually put on rollbars. Since its inside, is it possible to just print one on transparent sticker paper at home?

Any ideas?

Regarding the centre caps for your wheels...

I got some from ebay for my wheels. The ones I got are malleable, and the tops are resin finished. As I don't know how un-flat your caps are, I'm not sure how far the caps will flex to suit.

MX5 Mania can create you stickers. From branded stickers to custom type.

I'm planning to do some new MX5 Cartalk stickers but i'm wondering if I should wait until i've got time to create a logo too.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I think just a plain text ones are good enough, I don't really like things too flashy I dunno about others here.

Ajay from Mania has various fonts on their vinyl cutter. Maybe use the Mazda or the new MX5 font for the forum name. Ajay told me they were the one who made the original stickers through as per Bob's request and design.

I got my alias "Hammer" made using the Mazda font to stick across the top of my windscreen.

So when you guys see a red clubman driving around the northern suburbs of Sydney with a white "HAMMER" sticker on the windscreen... that is meoah!

I wonder whether Ajay can give us a copy of the software used to make those stickers, basically so one can give him a disk with the design and go "how much to print this?"

Thanks Feel_ixx.

Those things on my seats are a couple of cheap slip on (ie. loose type) seat covers.
