Everyone drives around everyday with noticeable bold tyres and your worried about a gutted cat? Seriously, unless you are Super Inspector with x-ray vision, you are not going to know it's a gutted cat in a million years. Even if it was and you needed an inspection, swap it over. Just keep it to yourself if you do.
