from the sounds of things, that doesn't sound like a bush problem. i think your 2nd gear synchro could be rooted

My reverse does this....car only has 35k kms on it.....it did it when I bought it with 22k on it aswel...

mine did too. had to put the car in first, roll it forward a bit, then reselect reverse
