Midpide available for NC's?

Is the RoadsterSport Stainless MX5 Miata Midpipe :: 06-08 available anywhere In Australia? Or is it not legal emission-wise or other?

proabably not at this stage, as the nc is still quite new compared to the others. I could be wrong though, check out SMB exhaust, i remember people used to praise their exhaust for the nb. so go on thier site, if there is nothing then give them a ring if they have any plans for the nc.
