Photos are there and they look good.

Makes me feel bad though. I bought a set of second hand wheels about 9 months ago with the intention of painting them. They got put on the garage floor the day I bought them and haven't moved since.

As a side note, what breaks are you running?

Brembo slotted and cross-drilled disks, with Bendix Ultimates, and EBC BF307 fluid. Think I might get some stainless lines in the coming months.

hey ryan cool wheels! they remind me of the clubman wheels. How is the offset? It seems as if it is not sitting quite flush with the guards, but then again it might be due to the pics =]

I believe enkei's offset is in the +40 region, for flush- you would be looking at +25 and up.

they are nowhere near flush, you would need a much lower offset. The car handles alot better with the higher offset wheels, its just a pity about how they sit in the guards.

Nice job Ryan, you can come over and tidy up any of my 3 sets of wheels for the MX5 whenever you want
Then the dodge wheels need restoring and the 96 spokers on the MG could do with a go too.

Everyone coming to the garage caff tonight remember to bring a spare set of pants.

I think we'll need them after seeing these in the flesh. Damn that's some good work.

Top job on the wheels green_comet. You've definately got the wheel restoration down to a fine art.

Out of interest, where did you get the wheel paint? I believe VHT do a black wheel paint as well, but ive looked at my local Repco, Supercheap and AutoOne shops and couldnt see it. Guess i might have to look further afield, or maybe get them to order it in.

They've some up awesomely. I had a set of Enkei Racing S rims on my DR30, they're not a bad looking wheel
