Beauty. I should be able to be on here to check details and whatnot. When it gets a little closer to the day (and I'm actually in Perth) I'll let you guys know where abouts I'm staying, and whoever it's most convenient for can come grab me.

It'll give me a chance to see a bit more of Perth.

Every time Les organises one of these meets, we get a special guest from interstate!

I'll be coming from North of the city, so I don't mind swinging through Perth / East Perth on my way to Victoria Park

It does seem a much more efficient way than how those crazy Eastralians do things - they wait until someone visits, and THEN scramble around trying to organise a meet

I prefer the "If you build it, they will come" approach we have here :mrgreen:

Tried using the members function to locate WA members but it really isn't very user-friendly for that specific purpose :lol:

Anyway, please feel free to forward an invite or the URL to this thread to any other WA MX5 owners - the more the merrier :mrgreen:

Yeah sorry fellas, I am crunching 16 hour days 6 days a week at the moment. Makin hay while the sun shines. :lol:

I have been meaning to make more of an appearance and have made it a new years resolution.

Righto, my accommodation is slightly different than I thought, but still not really different than before. I'm now staying at:
The Marque Hotel
24 Mount St, Perth

Conveniently enough, it's 200 metres from where I need to be working for the most part of my stay.

Zombie and Okibi, you both have PMs as I'm not sure who's picking me up. Contrary to previous posts, I'm now unsure as to what my internet access will be like once I'm there, so I'll PM now and hope for the best

Thanks for the PM Les - I would love to come along to the mid-week events but unfortunately they have all occurred on a night when I am working

I'm sure our ES visitor will enjoy the WA hospitality
