has anybody painted their NA side mirrors black/matte black?

i'm thinking of doing it, but can't say i've seen any cars with it done.
my car's the bright blue colour (what's it called again?), later this year i'm planning on getting some work equip 03's (gold), and hopefully a hardtop, which i also want to be black (gloss or matte, not sure yet).
do you guys think it'd look any good, with the side mirrors black?

I have a photo somewhere of a blue 10AE with black mirrors. I'll post it up if I can dig it up.

There is a photo of a Marina Blue NA with silver stripes from this thread that has black exterior mirrors. Though these weren't painted, but black leather/vinyl covers (see below).
