Well everyone else has so I thought I would, Already has a few mods and have a few more planned.
Includes getting the hardtop I bought of tezza painted black or maybe just find a black one and keep the red one for a red NA or NB :D
Car already has Teins and a KN filter setup since these pics, & the wheels have been changed to set of lightweight 15s. ITBS and a set of cams with a MSP is the next major purchase.

Anyway here's the old girl :D

So today I added the mx5 plus roll bar and the difference in the way the car handles bumps is nothing short of amazing, my car has Teins and front & rear braces and adding this has transformed the way the car rides. Before i had some noticeable scuttle shake and now, massively reduced.
For 860 bucks its one of the best mods you can do to your car. Seriously impressed . 8) :D

Love what you've done to the dash - white face dials. Which ones are those?

Well today was a car tweeking day :D Popped on the alloy underdrive pulley from Danny. The alternator lower bolt needed the muscles of He-man to shift! I think someone put it on with a rattle gun at full power
After the fun of that I popped on the stainless braided brake lines I nabbed from Andrew. :D

Next week is the Adaptronic ecu and the week after that will hopefully be the ITB's
Couple of things to do after that will be a new lightened flywheel (12lbs not too light or it will make too much noise) plus a slightly up rated clutch, Going to followed that up with the exhaust intake cam mod for about 10 extra cheap ponies. Later the plan is I will be throwing in some 803C cams and throwing on a 99 head when time and cash permit 8)

So hopefully this sucker will put out about 130rwhp or so with the mods planned. NA power ain't cheap but throttle response should be a hoot and add in some decent sticky R spec tyres and the track will be alot more fun :D

Sounds awesome.

Which Teins did you get and where from if you don't mine me asking?
How are they on the street?

The Teins are NR's and where on the car already, height adjustable but not bump or rebound. On the street their actually surprisingly good. On Track a tad soft maybe but they do ride the bumps really well,. I need bigger sways though.
I'm seriously considering a set of BC adjustable's though. I know someone uses them on a couple of cars on Targa and swears by them.
They don't rate the Teins as that great, they also like the fact you can buy replacement bits for the BC's like top mounts etc as parts.

At a grand a set it's a cheap try out, the WRX guys swear by them and their cars put them through more abuse than ours would.
