Nope, the 90/91 Neo Greens didn't come with tweeters. They came with the CD player and headrest speakers. Maybe its an NA8 LE option?

I think some of the later Japanese NAs may have had the tweeters in the door trim too. I got some from an import which had them.

Well, i just bought my new splits. They are Cadence FXC-6K 6.5" splits With tweeters and 2-way crossovers, power is 70 watts RMS with a peak of 300 watts.

http://www.cadencestore.com/ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=92&idproduct=472#details

They are a great sounding system, being a bit of an audiophile i wanted something good but had limited cash, i listened to some of the JL gear and some Alpine Gear and they were in the $4-500 mark, these Cadence splits were $219 (got them for $90) and they sound arguably better than the others i listned to. I wont be able to judge until i hear them in the 5 though. But hey... they are bound to sound better than my sony splits i had that retailed for $80.

Cheers Guys.

Multiple speakers in the one cradle will always be a compromise. Some argue that they work, but they will always be a step down compared to the same speakers aranged as seperate components.

How did you do it Mr_Rotary? Did you need to cut a hole in the crash pad? and i assume from there you just run the wires down the doors as normal right?

Spot on. Mine are Alpine Type X so they are a lot smaller than what's pictured there so blend in a lot nicer. I'll take a pic later and upload. Main speaker also fits nicely behind the grill, not on top like some bodgy's on here
