So am I. I only put it in recently and it's done what the manufacturers claim. Quicker, easier shifting. Good stuff.

Redline says I need 3 bottles for the gearbox

because the gear box requires 2L and Redlines bottle is 1 US Quarts = 0.946L

I'm thinking of getting the MT-90

What does everyone use in there diff?

I've got MTL in mine. Bought a large red bottle from Autobarn, I forget what volume it was.. 3.8L or something. It was enough for 1 change, not enough for 2.

Anyway, the difference was pleasing. Sometimes though I still find it almost impossible to shift up into 2nd when it's cold but it's usually only the first shift after it leaves the garage.

Two bottles is enough for the gear box. If you are changing the oil in the shift turret you need more, but I think it would be a waste to use MT90 in the turret. I was running Royal Purple oil before the Redline, the Redline has improved the shift when cold.

For the diff (std not LSD) I'm using a Castrol oil but can't remember what one  It is nothing flash, maybe epx 80?
