Going to get window tint by Martin from Action Tint , $180 rear and 4

windows. Probably, next Saturday, they come to your home. You got me

thinking now, legal or non-legal.

A Torsen is a definite possibility. My son reckons a diff is easy to install

compared to the fun we had with the turbo.

Run into a snag. The company that fitted my haltech are unwilling to

release lock codes for the system, which is being tuned by another

tuner. Hence, the haltech may have to go back to haltech to have lock

code taken off, so the 2nd tuner can tune the vehicle.

Only reason I didn't use the original haltech approved tuner was that

they were booked out well in advance. Lesson learned, timing is

everything. Lol.

Just an update on my car.
Aluminium undertray fitted by off road shop behind mx5plus. Radiator shrouded, sealant for better coolant.
Bypass coolant reroute, by Danny Irvine. Car runs so much cooler. Very impressed.
Waterpump changed. Gates racing timebelt done by Danny.
Turbo shielded and insulated by shop behind mx5 plus.
Torsen 3:9 diff price was fitted by Mx5 plus.Guru was a lot dearer.
Rear deck lid painted grace green by Crawfords crash repairs.
Magnaflow 2.5 inch cat back exhaust system.
Retune 168.2kw atw, 370Nm of torque.
Future mods strengthen the engine, up boost to 14lbs and probably fit a few gauges, air/fuel etc.
Going to fit some better speakers than the crappy mazda ones.

Yep, a quarter mile is on the cards. I, have a little bit of tuning to do as car though running like a train, plugs indicate its running way too rich.
Should sort it out in a week or two.
I, will need to practice take offs in the meantime. Difficult to get traction on high boost.
