it rings a bell regie. because some mazda and ford vehicles use same, if not, extraordinarily similar part numbers.

yeha it had pictures of the stereos and the one unde rthe mX5 was just the NB8A one with the single DIN unit.. the ford escape one looked the same as the double din stereo..
i wont be able to get there till early next week though..

ok well i have found a part for the Mazda Tribute ( which is the same as the for Escape isnt it)

Part Number is : FP997505 its on the Aerpro site

i checked on their site for the closest dealers of aerpro. it returned three results

strathfield car radios - didn't stock it :frown:

supercheap - didn't know what i was talking about

repco - ordered one in for me from melbourne, $52, and waiting

if anyone can't source one from anywhere, i'll order one for you from my repco lol

if it's from Aerpro ... i'm almost certain i can get it at work (JB) for around half the price repco will charge you ...
so ... SLIQ .. if u wanna wait for a bit .. or when u'r done with your exams just pay me a visit at work ..

I got one of the aerpro ones the number listed installed it today so easy and fits perfect!
