NA6 Headers

Postby corners » Sun Dec 07, 2008 9:30 pm

Well it seems my current heads decided to break at a weld and have also developed another crack.

What do people recommend to replace my current headers with?

The current ones look like tuned length 4 to 1 headers. They were on the car when it came from japan.

Cheers

If money is not an object, then in my opinion, C.E.S. near Beenleigh are as good as it gets.
If you are on a budget, then just get yours re-welded/reinforced or put up an EOI on the for sale/WTB section.

Perhaps Genie makes a set?

If you want a custom set, then I can recommend Lee's Exhaust, but they are over at Springwood, so it's not all that easy for you to get to.

Opinions are divided between 4-2-1 vs 4-1 systems, so just go with what you have and what you are used to.

I've used those on ebay from a guy in Perth. Had them for 20 thou and no problems. They were cheap enough to spend extra on getting them ceramic coated. Price is up a bit now.
