Going to be bringing a Clubman back from sydney - (thanks Fuzzlet).
Want to take a more intresting '5 friendly route home, so me and the missus can enjoy the new car.
Im thinking of a route like this
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=b ... 34961&z=10
with a stopover at my folks place in braidwood.
Any comments, better roads to go down, twisty bits we shouldn't miss?
How about this for a Sydney to Canberra?

You could turn off at Berri and go up into Kangaroo Valley, up the other side through Fitzroy Falls and then follow the railway line through Bundanoon,Penrose, Wingello etc until you get to Marulan, along freeway to Goulburn then take exit to Wakefield Park, follow your nose to Tarago, stop at the Loaded Dog or the Tea Gardens, whatever you fancy, then go down to Doughboy and into Braidwood to your parents and then Braidwood to Canberra. Perhaps at Bungendore you could go across to the Federal Hwy then turn left towards Qbeyan on the Sutton Road.
But some of the coastal route is pretty and maybe the Clyde could be fun, but I enjoy going into KV and over the Cambewarra mtn. Whatever, enjoy the drive and the car.
