From memory, there's a few 10mm bolts on the metal part of the bumper cover near the radiator support under the bonnet, 2 phillips head screws at the top rear of the bumper cover that hold it to the guards, 6 or so poxy plastic turn and release clips holding the guard liners on, 2 10mm nuts holding the number plate bracket on, 2 more poxy turn and release clips in the top of the mouth, 3 triangularish shaped clips at the bottom of the mouth and some assorted screws underneath the bumper cover holding it to the splash tray. Then slide the bumper cover forward and it should fall off in your hands. I may have forgotten a couple of fasterners but thats most of it.
A couple of tips...
There's a good chance you will need 3 new clips that hold the bumper cover to the mouth part near the bottom of the radiator. The triangularish shaped things. They are made of really brittle plastic and I haven't yet managed to remove them without breaking them.
An extra pair of hands helps when you're putting it back together.

Yeah think Gary is spot on, its so easy I forgot how I did it.
I broke 1 of those triangular clips too.

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
