Black Coolant?...
Well whilst going through the reciepts for my SE, there was no record of the coolant being changed....ever....So I figured it was probably a good time to change it. Im not sure what was actually in my raditator before....it was black...with a hint of green

coolant is recommended a change after 2 years at the most i think. so yours is about 4 years overdue?

i recommend water wetter with some distilled water.
