Yeah I will leave the seat in on driver training day, any help to get my time down would be really cool.

Is steve going to take his own advice and get on the track? Then maybe I wont be last lol!

yeah i will. I'm actually getting new shocks + springs at the moment. In addition, i'll be looking at getting some 15' wheels so i can get access to cheaper tyres + lower unsprung weight.

a micro switch under your accelerator peddle that turns your altenator off when you put your foot right down. an altenator that is producing charge uses horse power.

CJ5 before you so easily dissmiss something, do a little reserch, for example to produce 45 amps requires approximately a 2 hp generator. if your altenator is charging at 45 amps it is using 3/4 of a horsepower. If you are running a battery that is half charged and the altenator is working hard to charge it ,the altenator will draw horsepower from your engine. I used the mico switch system on a ski boat that won the Queensland drag ski title many years ago, and that had a 350 chev in it that was producing nearly 700 hp.
