the best way to make eyelids is to take 6mm fineline tape, mask out the perimiter of the lights to the shape you want and then use black mascarra to blacken them in , it works for my wife

Yakob/crzymx or whatever you are calling yourself this week,
grump is taking the piss.
though I would like to see you try to make headlight eyelids with mascarra
I believe you can pick it up at your local chemist, maybe even the supermarket. Ask FastFreddyGassit, I am sure he knows the best place to get quality mascarra cheap. I know he uses it on his drag racing nights.

Painting interior trim bezels to whatever colour you desire with spray paint is a good one, similar to the factory look.
Filling the "heat rubber" strip that sits atop the firewall with something from clark rubber (or equivalent) to stop hot air from getting through to the cabin air intake.
Throttle cable (as already mentioned).
Bending the number plate bracket round the other way so the plate sits in the mouth rather than in front of the bumper.

I shall be a total noob and ask if there is a 'how to' or anything on tensioning the throttle cable on a NB. It's something I've never needed to do thus far
