I had a meeting in Muswellbrook this morning so figured an early morning blat up the Putty Road would be a good shake down for the new engine.
All went well to the half way mark when I noticed the gauges not working apart from the speedo. No blinkers (but they will work with hazards) - not sure on stop lights. Headlights work including all dash back lights, air con works and Radio.
Had a quick check of fuses but the ones I could get to look ok. Car was driving ok so continued on. stopped on the way home and bought fuses but gave up in disgust after failing to remove any of the top most fuses in the underdash blackness. Drove the thing home via the freeway and parked it.
Figured I'd ask the masses if its just a fuse or something more sinister before I go exploring the wonderful world of wiring....
