Your mods are perfect for a Supercharer now. Turbo's don't respond to Cams that well, whereas S/C's lovem, thats the trick to making S/C's as powerful as Turbo's.
By my Calculations the 30kw needed to drive a Hi-boost Hi-Po S/C would be easily offset with Cams, add to that a Lysholm(Screw) type Charger and 300kw(engine) is obtainable. with Zero Lag.
Even a lower Boost, Eaton S/C should get you around 200Kw(engine)

What are the Cam Specs on the 803c's

I looked up their Website and could only find data for 805c's in a choice of turbo or non turbo Spec.
