I have NB8B drivers side window is real squeeky and slow in both directions goin up and down.
There is a rail that holds the window inside the door What do I grease them with WD40? Lithium grease? Graphite powder?
How do you fix the squeeky slow window in NB?

I had the same problem with my passenger window and used White Lithium Grease which worked perfectly. It now goes up faster then the driver side so I'll get around to doing that sometime soon.
There's a write up about it on one of the sites but I simply took off the door card, slipped some newspaper between the window and the rails and sprayed the grease onto the rails. Then just put the window up and down a few times, wipe off the excess that gets pushed to the top of the rail and your done.
