I have a Turbo Race car and DAMN the cost are HIGH
MY road car will be a NA screamer. have a head with 1mm oversize valves HD springs and 280deg cams with 9.5 lift
Hoping to make 120RW KW. should keep me happy on the road :)


thats what i like to hear, what spring/valves are you running? i am swaying towards supertech

Using Custom Valves in my road car and SUPERTECH the same as Flyin Miata
in the Race car Supertech springs as well

without wanting to appear rude... i would suggest that you fully concentrate all your energy on getting that 6 speed box into your car before worrying about headwork, quads, suspension, radiator, interior, rollbars, racing seats, brakes.... or any other damn thing.

seriously, a manual gearbox will give you more performance benefit than all of those other things combined.
after looking at the pictures of your car, and how much time, money and energy has gone into modifying it, i'm very surprised that you are still running an auto box.

so this might be rude of me to say so, i admit. but please, check your priorities (write yourself a list if you have to), and get that manual box in your car ASAP.

ditto.. get a 6 speed in there.

what end ratio is the auto diff? same as standard nb8a??

thats the plan, i am just doing some harmless research, and i have stated that the next thing that will be the 6 speed. the engine is the last piece of the puzzle really (other then the box).

nah thats cool fatty, i should of done it a long time ago but other things ended up happening to the car, and i was uncertian whether to go 5 or 6 speed for a while too, but i have made my mind up finally :)
