I think I'm more of the tape measure - it'll fit, kind of person
Thats me too, thats why Danny and his company have been doing work for me lately. Everything is drawn up by Danny and Ben and is manufactured and fitted to micro measurements, meaning everything fits exactly.
Gee Danny, if you wanted a blower all you have to do is come around to the shop and take the unit sitting on the floor FOC!!!! might be a BIT heavy though! It's even watercooled.

Thanks Terry .
This thing look familiar? This one's Ian's handiwork.

Seriously ... wow! Your work is incredible. Beautiful, tidy, well thought out and then skilfully excecuted. Can't wait to see you kick some Skyline butt at Timeattack next year!
(ASE says if you like guys he is filing for divorce ... )
Hi Michelle, lucky for you I'm happily married to my WIFE, otherwise....no lets not go there !
Thanks for the kind words on the build. I'm certainly enjoying following your restoration....it really is rewarding isn't it?!!!
You hit the nail on the head....I really want to give those front runners at Timeattack a bit of stick....once I finally get the car going and sorted.
Cheers,
Danny

Hi Rob, I can't believe I have done nothing on it since March!
However I have the bits I needed to sort out the driveshaft issue! I'm planning to put a few hours in on the car on the show holiday this Wednesday....so I will have an update soon after.
Cheers,
Danny

Rear end sorted!!! Driveshafts are in!!!
For the first time in 7 months she is a roller! This is what 7 months of dust looks like .... she will get a wash very soon.
I really love its rear end...
Now that she's back on the ground, it is time to get on with the roll cage....of course when work allows!
The rear section of the exhaust and the blitz s'charger kit are due next month...I like bolt on bits because you get a result without a lot of effort.
Cheers,
Danny

Hi Les, I'll check with Bob (Administrator) to see what the go is. I'm not sure what the benefit would be by removing this section as it is great for documenting vehicle builds.
Cheers,
Danny

I think the garage section is meant to have a build "blog" but its not working last time i checked.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

I've already moved mine across to the garage so it won't affect me much if at all.
One of the mods could always move this thread into a different section to save it from going with the My Rides section. Right?

I PM'd Bob today about his plans for the My Rides section...his response is as follows.....hope you don't mind me posting this Bob
So the thread looks like it will stay where it is in the short term.
Another step in the right direction was made today with the tailshaft modifications being completed. I don't think I'm going to have a strength/whirling issue with this one .
Cheers,
Danny
