Hrrmpf. Fine. Be like that.

Seriously though, I reckon suicide doors would be great. You'd have to attach them at the current trailing edge of the door (which I have clearly mistakenly referred to as the B pillar).

Weld in some reinforcement, find hinges that open out enough... For those who have seen a 5 in pieces, is it achievable?

Unless you want it to open up at a weird angle, you'll need one bloody strong hinge on the top or make the back of the door join more vertical.

Might just be easier to take the blue pill and imagine yourself having one.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

well if you are trying to do something not done on a convertable (suicide door have been done) i would go the slide door route like on the sides of vans :) , now that would make people look and say wtf.

nah...if you really want the WTF effect put gullwing doors in

I still think scissor doors would be ace to do. Especially if they were motorised and hooked up to a remote central locking system. How cool would that be??

Keep in mind that this is as wide as these doors open. I can't imagine they were installed for ease of access...

mmmm yeah have seen that they don't seem to open all the way up but apart from doing a ducks of hazard (yes i did spell it like that, suffer) every time , it can only be better to get in and out of the car in tight spaces.
