Pics of Buddyclub wheels on MX5's?
Hey guys i'm searched all over the net and these forums looking for pics of mx5's with buddyclub wheels. I'm tossing up whether to buy P1's or P1 Racing II Plus wheels for my NB8A and would just like to see how the look on a MX5!
Any pics would be appreciated!

Nice, are they 15's or 16's? And does anyone know if 7" wide fit ok?

I run 16" x 7" wide rims but the key is the offset here at +43.
Stay to the stock factory offset of between +40 to +45 and I think you will be fine.

What Offset is that AZN?
Why stay at factory offset? 0 is where it's at

Moto was asking about 7" wide rims in either the 15" or 16" size. Running 0 offset will push the wheels out too far.
So although it may look super cool to some, in Moto's case the key is that he plays fairly safe with his offset to keep everything from touching.
And back to topic, I'm sure spikey had a set of P1s on his car - where has he gone?

I think the original P1 style looks a lot better than the revised one with the curved spokes. You'll be pushing it to find any wit an offset below +30 though
I had a set of 15x7 +17 P1's, they looked super-sexy

Because it weighs more, come-on, YOU know that
Plus 215's on 6.5's would look dumb

Actually, here are 3 sets available right now on Japan Yahoo Auctions:Adam_NAclubman wrote:You'll be pushing it to find any wit an offset below +30 though
1) P1s 15"x7" +45 offset 4x100 PCD in gunmetal
2) P1s 15"x7" +45 offset 4x100 PCD in gunmetal
3) P1s 15"x7" +38 offsett 4x100 PCD in white
It won't be cheap though and for what you spend getting it here, you might as well buy a new set (which would not be P1s) from the authorised agent. Or try your luck calling every Jap importer around and see if (A) they have a set or (B) they can get you a set.
Personally, I would get a new model from the agent for the money.
Ok back to topic - anyone else with Buddyclub rims on their MX5?

Bugger me. 3 sets with offsets ABOVE +30. Who'd have expected that?

In all honesty, I peruse the Yahoo auctions often as I am always on the lookout for goodies hence my finger on the pulse for correct offset MX5 rims
