Those wheels kinda look big and heavy.
Are they two piece wheels?
The bolts that hold two piece wheels together must add a lot of weight.
That must be why he only put bolts in every seccond hole...
I'm just thinking about the added rotational mass, on the outer edge of the rim.
If they were mine I would pawn them and buy Volk Racing Time Attack CE28N.
(Puts the flame suit on)

They are custom rims, lots of pics on Club Roadster forum. Very sexy indeed but they are 9.5" wide!!!!

Nice find BD. Dan also hangs around on the clubroadster.net forum. I believe he works for an engineering company and can design and make his own wheels. He is also making and selling bumpstops with extra travel.
