Exhaust recommendations

Postby MXcrazy » Tue Jul 22, 2008 10:46 pm

hey all,

now that I've got my intake sorted, I'm looking into an exhaust/headers package for my nb8a..

Does anyone have any recommendations, or know of any decent workshops in Sydney?? The budget is between $1200 - $1500...

All feedback greatly appreciated :D :D :D :D :D :D

Might head down to best mufflers then...

They've got pics of a system they've done on an nb8a which looks the goods, so i might give them a try.

My exhaust was about $400 and is great. car is very responsive, and its very free flowing. Its 3.5inch though that might be a bit of overkill. 8)

easy fix

just cut the bit where it exits the muffler on the 2nd outlet

from the back all you see is 1 outlet

man its been sitting in my garage for ages! lol

either way, you can chop the back off and reweld a new muffler on, it would still save you some dosh, and you can spend that on the headers, so whatdya say

I ended up getting a custom 2.5 inch system with high flow cat and x-force stainless headers from mania, so hopefully it goes alright..
