The "Loch Stewart" headers are made by CES Racing by the way, down Beenleigh way. From what I gather, custom exhausts don't get much better, so if you can use up to $2000 may as well go there. I would.

mm They're not that far might give them a call tomorrow if they are open

I just used 'Right Price' to put in my Magnaflow High Flow Cat.
Mainly because they were convenient. $320.
They are not very customer friendly, but hey, got the job done.
The actual fitter was good, just counter staff were disinterested.

Anyway - OMG!
What a big difference it made.
I already had cat back done 2.5\". no resonator.
More response now, and upper end power. Noticeable change.
And the sound! As Rexxy would say \"Magnificent!\"
The std cat was definitely holding it back.

Gary Stewarts number 32733164.

1500? tell 'em their dreaming.

I have the 'Loch Stewart' setup 2 1/4 inch cat back from Rob Bliss. No droning. sweet sound.

He works from home but he builds mx5 race cars so I figure he knows a thing or 2 about what setup you would need. Give him a call.

My system with X-Force headers, N*Power cat and N*Power rear with 2.25\" tube will come out to be about $1000 total. Could have been about $300 less if we didn't use expensive laser cut 8mm 3-bolt flanges and the X-Force headers. The no name headers I also have are very nearly as good.

See my rides section for photos.

Tien - I also have the Lock Stewart cat back exhaust and it sounds and goes really well. Rob Bliss who are known for awesome work do the system and I was in there today and they are very helpful. Worth a try I'd say!

Not sure that they would have been more than $2-3 cheaper per flange plate if done in 6mm......at least with laser we didn't have to drill the bolt holes out

Hey! Get off the net and back to selling stuff to cashed-up coal miners!! You think you're in Mackay for a holiday!! What I meant was that with 2 bolt flanges I would have needed 2 less and they would have been cheaper.
