Hey Tien,

What rims did you end up getting?

I've always looked at getting Buddy Clubs. If you did get Buddy Clubs which ones? and how much?

Now that I've got my hardtop these are the next items on the list

Damn you Tien! (in a good way)

I think I'll get the same rims but 16x7. I own a NB8B which currently has stock rims 16x6.5. I've read all the threads about going to 17's and I like the handling I currently have.

So imagine this: Sunlight Silver mx5, metallic black hardtop, darkest legal tint, gun metallic Buddy Club SF's = hot?

Not a mx5 but shows how good the rim looks :D

Now for the fun part.

I've heard that 16 inch tyres are rare and cost more than 17's. Is this true? You'd like to think that money doesn't come into play but it does :(

Also I am in urgent need of new rims and tyres. My car is a 2001 model but still has the original factory tyres  <- hazard

Oh side note. I've spent about 1400 to get the hardtop shipped to Perth. $600-700 to get the hardtop re-sprayed properly :(

Its a Honda piss it off lol

Leave the hardtop black for the time being it still suits as the soft top was black

Heres some sneaky pics lol

To loose a bit of weigh from those heavy tyres I've decided to leave the rear bumper off :P

SSR Mk2
15x8 +12 front
15x8.5 +6 rear

Still need a bit of guard work (and spacers for the fronts) to get them on the car

Can't remember off top of my head. You can find them somewhere, either on m.net or this forum under show us your rims thread or something.

Off the top of my head they're something like 15x9 on the rear and 14x8 on front with +low teens offset, 195 tyres rear 185 tyres front. The car is also 1inch off the ground, so not very practical. Huge camber too. Looks fantastic.
