If you're after a RT-615 replacement, get Hankook R-S2. I paid $200 each for 195/50R15

RE-01Rs were about $240 each when I checked... (and Sammy wouldn't let 'em in Standard Class)

There's also the Federal 595RS which is a competitor to the RT615.

I've gone from kuhmo ku31 to yokie s-drive (205/50/15).

they seem to grip better than the kuhmo, they squirm around a bit more at the limit, they have deep tread but at least you know what they are doing. the kuhmos would just grip then let go. the s-drives are much better in the wet. the kuhmos were lethal, now u don't mind if it starts to rain.

the main reason why i went the s-drive over the re001 is that they arn't asymetrical so i can get them striped and re fitted to get a little more life out of them since i'm running a reasonable amount of negative camber.

i'd love a set of rt-615 but at the moment i can't afford putting a new set on every 6 months.
