Hi My drivers window will only go down about 100mm and it just stops, it will go back up ok. had a new motor fittted a few months back but me thinks if it was the motor it would not move .
Any ideas

Take it back to where you got it fitted. Could be the little clips which keep the cable nice and taught. Could be other things too.

Is this the reason you had the motor replaced? It did it only start after the motor was replaced?
