we are holding a skid pan day at eastern creek on June 26th.

Its an all day event with instructors, lunch, coffee, tea and cold drinks!

price is $255

Why is it so expensive? it costs the same as an actual track day on the circuit.

everything is expensive for you

we dont make money.. this is what it costs to pay for hiring the curcuit and the instructors.. and food

Hey Ajay,

I met you at Mania a few weekends ago (picked up a Voodoo Knob - ITS AWESOME! - and the car bra).

Can you provide more details - specifically, is it a strictly roof up event? Helmets of course, long sleeve also? (ie) like a usual track day.

I can't get under the roof with a helmet on, but i'm not about to rush out and buy a seat until i've looked at all the options available! Very keen for this, just need to know if i need to sort out my seating beforehand.

Last years was great fun. Not sure if I'll make it to this one though.

If it's the same as last year then it was just sensible clothes, closed shoes and that's all. Roof down and no helmet was fine. It's safer than a track day - only one car (or two well spaced cars) out at a time.

This was Ampz from last year ... you should try it again mate - the turbo will make it even more fun!

Well, if it's run like an Aaron McGill / Luff style event, i'm definitely in!

If getting the numbers is a problem, i can probably coax a few associates in from other clubs. Let me know if you need more numbers.
