Weight of BSA wheels.

Anyone know if BSA wheels are heavy?

i'm looking specifically at getting these

If it's any help I have the 15\" version of another set of BSAs on my car right now... just by feel they are pretty much the same weight as the stock 14\" setup on my NA8, so I'd say roughly 5-6 kilos rim weight? (The tyres would come into it too...) It didn't make the steering any heavier so if weight was not the end of the world for you... I reckon you would be pretty happy with them!

I think Bigdog has the second set of rims you point out on his car?

The 2nd link looks like the Lightweights. From memory they are 6.1kg. (15 x 6.5)

I got the ones in the 2nd picture in 16 x 7 size ( gold alloy). weigh 6.5kg, which is good for the money they cost. Dont know about the weight of the 17's though, but are probably acceptable.
