tein setup advice

Postby 16bit » Fri Jun 06, 2008 4:05 pm

Just wondering if could get some advice on the setup of my coilovers.

they are in a nb8a and have a whiteline front swaybar on soft with stock rear sway bar. I have a bolt in roll bar.

the ride height is at minimum - about 85mm

any idea what I should set the shocks at for track work?

Start on the middle setting front and rear. 8 clicks from stiffest. And then play around with them from there. You will probably end up with a stiffer setting than that.
What spring rates are you using?

I usally end up with about 4 clicks from stiffest on the front and 6 clicks from stiffest on the rear.
You should end up with a softer setting on the rear.
