Start with the longest brake line from the master cylinder and end with the shortest. Should be something like, LR, RR, LF, RF but depends how the lines were run.

Swap the Left and Rights in the above descriptions accounting for ABS on the '00 (four wheel ABS)
Swap the Front Left and Front Right on the '99 with ABS (3 wheel ABS)
Edit* The key is as JBT says start with the longest line (from the ABS pump or Master cylinder)
Very slightly modified 10AE #2562 ..... one of 149 in Australia :wink:
