how hard

lol

hume hey? lot of people do mention them.

do spray jobs tend to be cheaper if you get more panels done at once? i mean my front bumper is the main concern but i do need other parts of the car looked at... guess what im saying is if i get the front bar done now then the rear latter then the quarters later again am i going to be wasting cash/time? would i be better off just getting one big job done?

Another vote for Hume. My car's currently in there at the moment thanks to a ute rear ending me recently.

Price wise I think they're quite reasonable too. I figured that whilst my car was there, I get some cleanup done to some parts of the car that were already in bad nick when I bought it. The verbal quote was for some metal to be patched up (don't know if they bang it back into shape or fill the gaps), then strip back and respray the rear quarter panel over the wheel arch was gonna be $300, which I think is quite a reasonable price.

The other good thing for you is that they're on the southern side of Sydney, so it's a bit easier to get to than a lot of other places. Of course it begs the question of how you'll get from/to the place to drop/retrieve your car.

The real question is what is this new front bar of which you speak 8)

Not unless I've missed some massive thread about it.

I'm fairly patient, so it doesn't bug me. Just so long as they're all there for the upcoming club day at Wakefield 8)

irwin,

i could put you in contact with one of the guys i go to.. he does a top job at a good rate, but n.b. (note before), he does it in his backyard. I've used him on a couple of occasions and have sent both my brothers there to get dings and dents and resprays.. one of my brothers is getting his car fully resprayed and is getting all the dents fixed at this very moment..

he's based in roselands btw.

Which front bar?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

he does have a little shed he does do work in on rainier days, but he prefers to work in good weather as you suggested.

full body jobs, i'll have a look tomorrow as he's respraying and fixing every single ding and dent in my brother's integra. i'll get back to you on that one.
