There it is I guess where talking about the white connector under the steering wheel, the one where the wires are bundled together with yellow tape( thus reference to egyptian wiring method)
The two green wires which go into a seperate white connector next to the big white one I thought originally were the ones, easy to unplug, turned out to be the horn
But in the second photo you can see the blue with red/orange stripes which are the ones described in the original instructions going into a different (black) connector lower down just above the feet.

Yeah how about mentioning removing the bottom cover plate and then getting down on the floor turning your head and using a torch look straight up and then you can see it
