Put me down for a pair too please

Just a quick question about installation, is it just a case of pulling the pipes off the bottom of the nozzle and popping the nozzle out of the bonnet and then pushing the new ones through the holes and connecting the pipes again? Any tricks or traps?

Just found the answer to my question from the miata.net thread:

miata.net thread wrote:Swap out of nozzle is simple. Remove hose, Pinch tabs and push old nozzle assembly from hood, place new part on hood and push in, connect hose to new nozzle and enjoy your new washer nozzle upgrade and benefits.

Thanks Andrew for the link :D

Oh God, this thread has gone banana's... and here i was thinking i would have something a little different. :? lol

How well do they work on the freeway at 100kph?

They work great, they tend to hit a little high standing still, so at 100kmh they are perfect.

Install is easy, i found the tube a little shorter than the standard, but its no problem..

'll be in there too. Can't let green comet have the only fancy windscreen washers around can I?

I changed the tubing on my washer jets and broke almost every one of the elbow and T joiners :( They were really brittle on my 1994.

That happened on my NA too. MX5Plus had some spares, but you could just use tube and T joiners from anywhere (aquarium shop, hobby shop).

I picked up some joiners from my favourite car parts place. I think I ended up using fuel hose joiners. Only a dollar or so each.
