Warning - the bikies love this road.

That means two things - (1)risk of finding bike(s) on your side of the road  , and (2)the local coppers know that the bikies love this road, and patrol it (especially on weekends :frown: .

Locals will recall a spate of motorcycle accidents out there which were well publicised, along with the usual response from the local pollies etc., which also prompted the wallopers to keep the patrols up. May have changed since then of course ...

One advantage of a lot of the roads out there is that you can be quite 'fast' and still be under the speed limit :D
I never met a horsepower I didn't like (thanks bwob)

The trip into the tracking station extends the enjoyment of this road as well. Plus you can get something to eat.
