Gearbox filler plug

Can some one tell me how to undo the filler plug :( , i've tried everything but cant undo it. Cheers peter.

spray some WD-40 or lanolin on it and let it soak overnight, then give it a few love-taps with a hammer.
If that doesn't work, try the freezing spray by loctite
