Does anyone know if its legal or not to have a pod filter not in a box under the bonnet?
I've been told that it needs to be mounted to the car
and I've been told it needs to be in a box because of fire hazard

well i got a pod in mine
its a SAAS brand which I'm pretty sure isn't one of those oil type filters cause it doesn't feel oily
its mounted to the body
has a heat shield and i'm surprise it works
i've got an infrared temp thing and i took a temp reading on the outside of the shield and the inside (where the pod is) and its lower
