Well, a few notes from the organisers Chris & Joni!!! We are in the throws of renovating our house so sorry for dropping the ball a little!
last year was good, lets make this year even better ...
here are some pics from last year for those that didnt go
We are extending it this year to take in an optional run to Port Campbell & Twelve Apostles - a big day but with such an early start not a day ending too late - and pretty spectacular too
As you all know, this road IS what these cars are designed for, last year we had some Mazda designers from Japan on board, who knows who may turn up this year??
Highlight from last year for me wasn't as much the road .. but in the black night on the way down under every freeway overpass, pitch back, then two or more little lights popped up and joined in behind the rest, convoy went for miles, all little lights in the midst of blackness... amazing sight to see
So, cmon - just get involved, set your alarm clocks, no going out nite before - see u all there! NO RSVP.
...But tell us if you are going so that we can get excited about who we are going to catch up with!
Chris & Joni

well the run to GOR (if we're going to apollo bay) takes around 3 hours from melbourne. Last time i went to apollo bay we left at around 10:30am and got home around 8pm. But that's mainly because we farted around at lorne, apollo bay for around 3-4 hours. We also got stuck in rush hour sunday traffic.
