unlikely the timing belt would squeal.
have you checked the tension in the accessory belts?
did you have the waterpump, runners, timing belt tensioners, cammseals changed as well?
squeaky timing belt?

mine tends 2 squeak in warm up too, but it then goes away, its been doing it for ages, would be curious to know what it is also

Try removing the A/C and power steering belt and see if the noise goes away. If still noisy, take off the water pump and alternator belt and see if the noise stops.
Don't run the engine for more than a minute from cold though with the water pump belt removed. Should be plenty of time to determine whether the noise stops or not.
